The ORGANIZATION OF STUDENT WEBMASTERS is more than just a club. It is an opportunity to expand your knowledge of web development past the lectures and labs, into the cutting edge. In the OSWM, members will have access to workshops that will aid in the advancement of their education. Students who JOIN will meet others who share their passion for WEB DEVELOPMENT, while building lasting relationships that could transcend into valuable networks for future projects in the business world. What we offer in short, is a place to grow and a place to glow. The potential of the INTERNET is limitless as it is vast. Join OSWM and together WE will shape that future.

President:
Richard Robinson(Interim President)
- -Represents the organization as a whole to new members and with other organizations
- -Runs weekly meetings with prepared agenda
- -Presides over activities
- -Ensures proper updates to organization documentation and manuals
- -Organizes community service opportunities
- -Responsible for making sure all other officers are performing duties
- -Leads entire group in a program of well-rounded activities and projects
- -Meets with faculty advisor(s) to cover agenda points, upcoming activities and goals
- -Prepares and guides upcoming leadership into their prospective roles
Vice President:
Christine Brandt
- -Assists OSWM President with club duties and responsibilities
- -Announces and issues new projects to members and leaders
- -Obtains ideas and suggestions from club members
- -Helps leaders in reaching their goals for their specific positions
- -Obtains reports from current leaders in seeing that all goals for each OSWM term are successfully met
- -Works with membership chair in increasing membership
Membership Chair:
Erica Pugh
- -Increases organization membership
- -Develops and updates membership application, member cards, and member records
- -Maintains personal contact information
- -Maintains and monitors organization e-mail list
- -Updates bulletin board
- -Maintains point system (refer to Points)
Event Coordinator:
Joshua Barbour
- -Obtains new ideas from organization members for social events and activities
- -Works with Membership Chair to develop new ways of increasing member participation
- -Schedules and organizes all events and presents them to leadership team and advisors for approval
- -Updates OSWM event calendar and social media sites to advertise new social and fundraising events
- -Is present or delegates someone to be present at all social and fundraising events to oversee activities
- -Informs organization members of any events or activities
- -Works with the Treasurer with earned and needed funds for fundraising events
Webmaster:

- -Backs up the entire site every OSWM term (3 ECPI terms)
Secretary:
Keeonya Bradley
- -Maintains attendance for all meeting and events
- -Records minutes for all meetings and events
- -Reports information to those who were absent
- -Keeps a contacts list of all members
- -Keeps track of the calendar and send out reminders
- -Retains all documentation from past events
- -Updates Google docs and sends the reports to officers and members
- -Works with Assistant Secretary
Assistant Secretary:

- -Assists secretary with duties
- -Attends meetings/activities and assume all duties in the absence of the secretary
- -Updates club blog with news, events, and activities as needed
- -Maintains social networking site accounts, informing all members of upcoming news, events, and activities
- -Provides members with web space settings and maintains member web space information
Treasurer:
Erica Pugh
- -Keep updated documents of all OSWM finances
- -Collect all fundraising money, record amount, and report to faculty advisor
- -Collect all membership dues, record amount, and report to faculty advisor
- -Remind members who have not paid their dues
- -Approve all payouts with senior faculty advisor via request forms
- -Update and maintain database to keep track of all requests
- -Complete basic financial reports for each OSWM term (3 ECPI Terms) with the amount saved and spent that term and for what purpose
Faculty Advisor:
Lanae Harris
- -Strongly committed to the organization and aids in the personal growth of organizational members
- -Be available to students on an individual and group basis, maintaining an open and honest relationship with the members
- -Advocate on behalf of the organization
- -Serve as a point of reference and resource for College policies
- -Give direction when needed to the organization
- -Attend organization meetings, events, or activities as needed
- -Be aware of organizational plans and activities, including programming, trips, expenditures, etc.
- -Engage in the general discussion of organizational matters offering ideas and input as needed
- -Meet with organization officers on a consistent basis to gain an understanding of the club's progress toward its goals
- -Encourage members to play an active role in the planning and governance of the organization
