
Article I. Bylaws
Section 1.01
Are created and amended only by the President, Vice President and Secretary of the club.
Section 1.02
New bylaws and amendments to old bylaws only go into effect after approval by all three parties. Witnessed by club staff sponsor.
Article II. Term of Officers
Section 2.01
A term is defined as a (3) Month period.
Section 2.02
There are no limits to the amount of re-elections. Elections will be held at the end of each term.
Section 2.03
Each Office is subject only to one term after accepting position.
Section 2.04
If the president is not available for meeting, the vice president is in charge. If the vice is not present, then it is the secretary.
Article III. To make a change to OSWM logo
Section 3.01
A new logo must be prepared and presented to club members at a predetermined club meeting set aside for said presentation.
Section 3.02
The presentation must show why the change is not only necessary but why the change is relevant to the Organization and all aspects of areas that the club participates in.
Section 3.03
The change is only allowed and implemented after a majority vote of all registered club members. The presenter then has 48hrs from time of the vote to send the new logo or change to all proper club members to implement in each aspect of the Organization.
Section 3.04
Once a new logo or change is made. The new logo or change must remain for no less than two terms.
Article IV. Programs submittal process
Section 4.01
To submit a program for consideration to be added to website.
Section 4.02
Submitter must have used program.
Section 4.03
Must provide a “getting started” tutorial.
Section 4.04
Must provide screen shots of said program.
Section 4.05
Program must be completely free or licensed under GNU.
Section 4.06
Program cannot be a trial or beta with limited use.
Article V. Web link submission
Section 5.01
For a link from the Organization web site to an outside site submitter must show that site has current dynamic information that improves design or technical knowledge of user.
Section 5.02
Link must be provided to webmaster with a memo of ”why a link should be added” for review by webmaster.
Section 5.03
Webmaster will then forward information with webmasters recommendation to vice president for view and decision.
